Each of our luxury air-conditioned rooms has a full en-suite or private bathroom (shower & bath), TV, tea & coffee tray, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and private balcony with sea view. Covered parking with house and garden security alarm.
Breakfast is enjoyed on the deck in the mornings. What a great way to start the day!

Children over 12 years are welcome.

Other facilities include a sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, bar, pool table, & undercover braai (barbecue) area.

If lazing around the pool is not for you, there is plenty to keep you busy during your stay with us. Sandy beaches stretch for miles along the coast of the warm Indian ocean, which offers a variety of activities including safe, protected swimming, surfing, or scuba diving with the sharks at Protea Banks and Aliwal Shoal. Whale & dolphin watching boat trips, angling and deep sea fishing trips are also very popular.

rooms at The Albatros Guest House Room 1 - Double room with private bathroom:
Situated on the second story of the guesthouse, overlooking the pool and entertainment area. It is air-conditioned and carpeted, with plenty of cupboard space, TV, twin or king beds, tea tray and glass sliding doors opening out onto a huge private balcony with stunning sea view. The private bathroom across the passage has a bath and separate shower.

Room 2 - Double en-suite room:
Situated on the second story of the guesthouse, overlooking the pool and entertainment area. It is air-conditioned and carpeted with a walk-in cupboard, TV, twin or king beds, tea tray and glass sliding doors opening out onto a large private balcony with stunning sea view. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower.

Room 3 - Luxury double en-suite room:
Situated on the third storey of the guesthouse and has the best view in the house. It is air-conditioned and carpeted, with plenty of cupboard space, TV, twin or king beds, tea tray and glass sliding doors opening out onto a large private balcony with stunning panoramic sea view. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

Room 3 - Family suite:
Room 3 (as above) has a small second room next to it, which is air-conditioned and carpeted with built-in cupboards, but with no balcony or sea view. It is suitable to accommodate up to 2 children, sharing the bathroom with the main room. These 2 bedrooms and bathroom shared, are separated from the rest of the house by a single entrance door, making up a suite perfect for a family of up to 4 people.

Room 4 - Luxury double en-suite room:
Situated on the second story of the guesthouse and is the most spacious room in the house. It is air-conditioned and carpeted, with plenty of cupboard space, TV, twin or king beds, tea tray and glass sliding doors opening out onto a small private balcony with stunning sea view. The very large en-suite bathroom has a huge round bath, double hand basin and separate shower. This is ideal for honeymooners.

Room 5 - Double en-suite room with lounge:
The Double en-suite is situated on the second storey of the guesthouse, and consists of a double en-suite room and lounge with glass sliding doors opening out onto a private sea-facing balcony. The bedroom is air-conditioned and carpeted, with plenty of cupboard space and twin or king beds. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. TV and tea tray in the lounge.

Room 5 + 2 - Luxury family suite:
Room 2 leads into the lounge of Room 5 and can be utilised as a suite suitable for a family of 4, comprising of 2 double en-suite bedrooms and a lounge.

We regret, no children under 12 years and no pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

For the nature lover or adrenalin junkie, extreme adventures at the spectacular Oribi Gorge are a short drive away, where you can enjoy anything from an easy half hour nature trail or longer hikes, to the Wild 5 including the world's highest natural abseil, gorge swing or white river rafting - in season.

There are a host of restaurants & pubs in our area, where you can enjoy a quick bite to eat or a leisurely evening meal. A visit to a crocodile farm, a flip in a microlite, gambling at the Wild Coast Casino, arts & crafts, horse riding - we have it all.
